It was such an incredible tour! I came solo and I wanted to make the most of my layover in Alaska. Booked the tour and it was all worth it. I met amazing people that made me feel I belonged to their group and treated me like family. Matthew, our tour guide, was very nice and he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I learned so much, it was an educational and fun tour overall.

Our Guide Gary (Aunt Gary) was the most knowledgeable guide I have ever had, ever. He is truly passionate and well informed about Alaska, its flora, fauna, history and inhabitants. He was so kind, down to earth, and just all around awesome I don’t know where to begin. The views were incredible and the narration was equally as incredible. The rainforest walk was made for me special thanks to Gary because he even provided raincoats for those in need. If you love the outdoors, history and becoming acquainted with local culture and wild life this is THE tour for you.

Great tour with Allison! She is an amazing tour guide! She is very knowledgeable about the entire area. Fun time and would definitely do this again!

Allison led us on a very memorable tour of the wildlife conservation centre and the portage glacier. Beyond seeing the bears, wolves, and other animals at the centre and the great views of the glacier, Allison shared with us many interesting insights on life in Alaska and was early in picking us up at the Anchorage visitor center. I would definitely recommend this tour to others, especially those who are unable to travel to the wildlife center and glacier by car.
