First stop - Yarra Valley dairy, company had not updated their guest numbers, so staff were rude to the tour guide, she was very professional though. Then company books us a table for lunch OUTSIDE!!! Who on earth wants to sit outside in the middle of winter and in the icy Yarra Valley??!! Company was unorganised and blamed the tour guide for not setting the guests expectations beforehand!!
