Everything was wonderful! Great food, great service, great experience! All tours were well planned and guides were friendly, informative and helpful

The The Fado show and dinner was good. I didn't really see the point in the bus ride around the city for an hour afterwards, as it was a quick drive by to two places in Belém and the bridge.

I doesn’t worth it at all. All they do is taking you to a restaurant and drop you there for 2 hours. The food is good and the show is meh. Then you take the bus for a couple places, never getting off. And all that for the crazy price of 80 euros. You better go to the restaurant by yourself and rent a car.

Really nice experience walking in the street and having dinner dancing enjoying Fado music I enjoyed many restaurants

Great dinner, Wine, and show. Terrible tour guide. Our tour guide, Slvia was the worst tour guide I ever had. She just read strictly from a script. Not one iota of extra info, or asking us about anything. She als spent most of the time chatting with the driver. She reeked of cigarettes. She did not give us anything regardung what to expect at the Fodo dinner show. if it wasn't for the terrible tour guide, it would have been a rating of 4.

Having used Viator in Amsterdam and London in the past I did not hesitate to book 3 tours during our brief stop in Lisbon. The first two were superb, starting with a 4 hour city tour with a fluent and informative guide who gave excellent commentary and provide several well chosen photo-ops. Our second was avery full day to Obidos, Nazareth, Fatima and Batalha. Our charming, fluent and incredibly knowledgeable guide, Dorrita, made it first class experience. The third tour was NOT the charm. Lisbon by night and Fado was mostly a waste of time and money. The guide spoke very haltingly in English and spoke 3-4 times as much to the Portuguese customers as the English. There were no photo-ops and she failed to mention several key locations that we knew about from our first tour. The restaurant was in a very unattractive neighborhood and clearly had a different and much inferior menu for 'bus' people serving us a rubbery, overcooked piece of fish. The only good part was the entertainment. To cap it off we spent the better part of an hour travelling around the city getting passengers to their hotels and when it came to our turn the guide tried to get us to leave the bus when neither she or we were sure how close we were to our hotel so the driver could avoid going around a few blocks. This was 11:30 at night!
I look forward to your reply.

The fado show was great. The dinner was awful, there was on choice, the fish for the main course was a formed fillet, not a fish fillet. Would not recommend this tour to anyone.

This was way over-priced for what we received. The music and food were pleasant but only average. The night tour was just driving around and the event was a full hour shorter than described.

The Faro was amazing. However, for dinner there were no options provided and neither myself nor my brother eat seafood, which is what the main course was. When we asked for an alternative, it seemed like it was a big deal, although one was alternately provided. It was a great time, but I gave it only four stars for the seafood and the attitude.
