The tour was fine and informative enough but the platform is a disaster for families. With three young kids the app kept timing out and then wouldn’t allow us to resume if we weren’t at the exact location. It also wouldn’t allow us to restart as we’d moved on from the initial start. May be fun for a couple but total disaster for families.

Full of google-translated and other errors. Almost every step had issues in the guide and the "correct" answer was often wrong. For example one question asked for the name of the street. After trying both Romanian and English, I checked for a hint. It said to read on the right wall, but the sign only had the Romanian name that I had tried, so I skipped. The expected answer was a miss-translation into English. It's more fun to walk around using Google Maps.

This was a great introduction to Sibiu and easily done as a group. I recommend (as does the app) that you pay for the app for everyone in your group since it seems to be more fun this way. It took us a little less than two hours but didn't feel like much time at all. The tour / adventure takes you around the old town and gives you some fun and interesting tidbits about the city. It's a lot cheaper than an organized tour and just as fun. It's better than a guidebook also.
