Aloft New York Brooklyn

Aloft Brooklyn charged on my CC even though I cancelled the reservation before deadline. This is truly unacceptable and unethical. This is called scamming your own guests. I gotta spend so much time on the phone to resolve the issue you caused.

They don't respect reservations when you find a good price at the last minute they cancel you even if you are a member of Bonvoy you have to give a deposit as before lol

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at the aloft Hotel. I reserved a room with two beds, but upon arrival, I was given a room with only one bed. This was incredibly inconvenient for my group of 4 people. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was broken, making the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, a $500 BOSE speaker went missing from my room, and despite reporting it, the hotel has yet to "find" it. The lack of resolution on this issue has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.
