My girls and biys had a blast! All 4 got all dolled up! I would absolutely recommend it! My girls hair has stayed in their braids for the past 4 days!!! It's amazing🙌🙌 Food & drinks: Everyone was so accommodating for my daughters celiac and my boys dairy allergy!

Accommodation was perfect with 2 good size bedrooms and a spacious living area and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were 2 adults and a teenager. The outside areas and pools were suitable for our stay. Unless you're staying at a hotel at one of the amusement parks, you have to drive and so location was not an issue. It's about a 30 minute drive from the airport. The check-in staff were very pleasant and we had an enjoyable 3 night stay. The price was also extremely competitive and we would definitely stay there again next time we go to Orlando.

This hotel is very good, and the free parking is a real plus if you have a rental car like we did. Alot of other resorts charge extortionate daily parking fees so this was a real win for this hotel. The rooms were great albeit a little dark as there's only one window in the whole apartment, but that was no major issue. I was a little annoyed and surprised that the rooms didn't have washer dryer facilities in the room as alot of places do. These are shared and there are 2 washer dryers per block of apartments. We often had to wait to use these or didn't want to go out and leave our stuff in the washers in case it got stolen as anyone can just walk past and take the items. The beds were superb one of the best hotel beds I've been on. Hotel is in a fab location with everything easy to get to. My biggest bugbear with the hotel was after a 21 hour journey to the hotel at check in they make you go to the timeshare sales people to get your parking permit who give you a load of cr*p about timeshares and try to get you to sign up to a presentation which if you don't go to they get you to sign something to say you're happy for $50 to be taken out of your hotel deposit you don't go. I was so tired when they did this I wasn't paying attention to what it was as I just wanted the permit and to go to bed. Once I had freshened up and had a little snooze I went down to cancel this and was met with some resistance. Really don't agree with this tactic there's no reason why the person checking you in cant just give you your permit. This left a real sour taste in my mouth. All the housekeeping staff were lovely, always had a smile on their face and always said morning, and the front desk staff were helpful. Overall would stay here again but would be more prepared to be hit with full on sales rubbish when getting a permit.
