The location of this hotel is great and the rooms are newly updated. But we had issues and no one seemed to help. Basically we couldn’t control the temp of the room and I’m convinced the thermostats in there don’t do anything. The first night we had the ac turned on but could feel heat still blasting into the room and the thermostat read up to 80°. Sometimes the air would turn on for a few minutes but not do much. We called the front desk in the middle of the night and they were no help. The next day they said then sent someone to fix it. The heat was now turned off but the AC randomly ran and the temp was always sitting around 75-76° and was very stuffy. We also called the front desk and concierge multiple times to ask for any dinner recs since many places were closed due to off season and to see if they had a bandaid since I had cut my finger and they never answered. I believe in total we placed 5 calls, mostly back to back, and they never answered. The covered parking is very tight. Only a 7 foot clearance in and narrow inside. So if you have a larger car and it’s busy parking could be a challenge. We also asked to speak with a manager due to our experience and issues with the room temp but we never heard from anyone. There are tons of places to stay here so I would definitely recommend somewhere else. I know when we go back to vail we’ll make sure to stay somewhere else.

Definitely will come back! Paloma checked me in with such an amazing attitude and told me all about the amenities and the activities in the village. The room was really clean and had such an amazing view of the mountain. Loved the cookies btw! They had apres cookies in the middle of October!! Daniel was also great and kind on the check out. Congrats to the team for their hospitality!!
