Very nice staff and clean rooms

The road traffic noise outside is horrendous here throughout the entire night (literally, all, night…). We slept only about 3 hours, then later just laid in bed the rest of our 1 night stay. Good: •Staff are very friendly. While the hotel is poorly/cheaply built, the aesthetic sense is good visually. •Breakfast was decent. •Hotel shuttle was easy to catch from Logan. Bad/Misses: •The hotel is so poorly constructed for this specific location, in the middle of an industrial warehousing/shipping area. Semi trucks accelerating from the traffic light outside the hotel up the draw bridge hill, literally continuously, were so loud we couldn’t sleep much at all. Luckily we only booked 1 night here. I always carry earplugs, however it was so loud that no even that helped muffle the outside noise. •Noise from hallway. Guests talking in the hallway could be heard very audibly inside the room. •A car alarm went off at 4:20am outside the hotel. The windows are paper thin and so it was very loud inside our room. •The room’s walk-in glass shower looked decent when it may have been installed, however leaks horribly onto the bathroom floor and thus (I assume) is why maintenance seems to have since done an amateur job of over caulking everything. There was thick white caulking all over everywhere in the shower…yet it still leaks. Summary, road noise alone is an absolute no for us to even consider ever returning again. Had they used sound proof windows, there wouldn’t be any issue. Why that wasn’t considered when constructing the hotel (in this location) is a huge miss!

Here is the good, Shuttle from airport, room is decent with fridge and coffee maker Cons Breakfast is so so at best, same stuff every day if they put it out, limited items poorly stocked. Location is in an very crowded commercial type area but close to the airport and transportation. Housekeeping is poor at best as they don't appear to have staff, we had our room cleaned 1x in 7 days.
