We look at the great Evendo countries that are missing from the World Cup and how they would compete in a team building World Cup

Austria
Despite having some great individuals like David Alaba, Austria will be missing from Qatar 2022, but with amazing cities such as Vienna it’s a wonderful option for a Central European break with the team. High on culture and has some fantastic scavenger hunt adventures.
World Cup Standing – with strong players, they would be pushing to get into the knock phase
Bulgaria
The current team might be missing the legend that is Hristo Stoichkov (winner of Ballon D'Or, World and European Golden Boot) but Bulgaria is a great place for a team building for watersports like kayaking, and former communist tours.

Cyprus
If only Nico Yennaris had not moved to China, their team would be so much better! This sunny island benefits from great weather and lovely hotels so can be a popular out of season destination for away days. Very popular with a range of watersports

Czech Republic
Regularly one of Europe’s nicest teams to watch with legends like Tomas Rosicky; it’s a shame they missed out this year. The bars, restaurants, and culture of Prague make it a great team building destination especially for beer tasting and brewery tours.

Estonia
Qatar 2022 will mean upcoming goalkeeper Karl Hein won’t be making his World Cup debut, but it doesn’t stop Estonia being a key team building destination. The popularity of paintball and great bars in Tallinn help bring this up the rankings!

Greece
Despite being European Champions in 2004, they failed to make Qatar 2022. Greece is famous for its amazing history, great food, and with thousands of Islands is superb for sailing days.

Perhaps not the same team since the departure of the great Jari Litmanen, Finland often creates a strong well-structured team. Being so close to the artic circle Finland is a wonderful place for Winter Sports, husky rides, and the great outdoors.

Small population but a big-hearted team that love playing together. The natural wonders of Iceland; from its sea to landscape make it a unique team building destination. Natural spas create an ideal backdrop for team bonding.
World Cup Standing – happy to compete with anyone on their day and get out of the group stage with plenty of heart
Ireland
Niall Quinn, Liam Brady, Frank Stapleton, and David O’Leary – oh how the World Cup misses you and your fans! The Emerald Isle has amazing hospitality and beautiful scenery making it a true favourite for being away with colleagues.

Total shock they are not there in Qatar, and it just doesn’t seem right! If you are looking for a break with the team Italy has some amazing cities like Rome, Milan, and Turin, top cuisine, amazing cookery schools and beautiful vineyards.
