Perhaps something grand and traditional that shows you are serious about the business - or contemporary style to fit into your company image?

If away from the office, you might need to be thinking of transporting participants. Executive cars, a minibus or do you need a coach? Have you considered a limousine for afterwards? Does the event venue provide refreshments, and are you planning on bringing lunch in from a caterer? You can always dine out and carry on the talks over some fine dining at lovely restaurant.

Meetings in your own offices don’t have to be ordinary. Numerous activities and rental products can be brought direct to you including public speakers, catering, giant tablets, and many business-oriented games.

How important is the set-up of the room? Will some be disturbed by the windows? The set-up of the room can be done in many shapes including boardroom, classroom, U shaped and theatre style.
