The tour was fun. I would like to have had time to just jetski freely in the smooth water. But there was no time allotted for free ski. It was follow the leader the whole time.

Experience was fun. I wouldn’t book on trip advisor. Could have saved $50 by booking direct with Florida Keys Watersports. They charged $199 trip advisor charged $225.

We had a wonderful time riding with Josh yesterday. He gave us great information about the beaches in the keys. He was patient with me while I was getting used to how the Waverunner handled. We did the 10:30 tour and my husband and I were rhe only people on the tour. Great time!!

(Happy to change the review once I have my $ back) Hi there, I still don't see the refund on my credit card initial transaction of Confirmation TST-DOM02V0. I had initially to reserve for all my friends using my US credit card but, once they got there last Friday, you told them they had to do the transaction again because I was not present and not renting a jetski. Now I need my refund of course, the second bill should have been paid by Mr Filippo Iacconi. It felt rushed. Definitely not full 1hr 1/2 And it was expensive to be cut short. Boy was nice just fast spoken like this is he daily speech.

The tour never happened. We were scheduled for what was supposed to be a private afternoon tour. We were stuck in traffic, and called an hour ahead of time to advise we would be late. No one answered the phone and there's no email to use. When we got there 15 minutes late we were told the tour had already left because somebody else had decided to join the "private" afternoon tour. The kid in the hut said the owner had tried to call us, but since I was in traffic I wasn't answering my cell phone. The operation is run out of a wooden shack in a parking lot, and the kid there was stoned. I was with my two boys, and wasn't impressed by the operation. They said we could take the JetSki's out without the tour as long as we stayed in the area, but then they wanted a copy of my drivers license to keep in their files - permanently. We have enough problems in the country with identity theft without having some kid in a wooden shack having access to my drivers license for the next few decades - a requirement which is most definitely not stated on their webpage.
