    We had a terrific day out! Our guide Evan was really nice and knowledgeable, we learned a lot about the culture and the nature around Darwin. The billabong is gorgeus and we saw plenty of different birds and crocs. Evan was very patient, made sure we all enjoyed the experience and took such great care of us. Thanks a lot, we really enjoyed it!

    From the time Evan pick us up , the welcome and friendnes to us all on the bus , his knowledge and humour was above and beyond , the tour was our highlight of our stay in Darwin, was so relaxing and having a yummy lunch on the boat with a crocodile beside us before he slide in the water ,

    Awesome trip! So much to see and learn about the billabong and the Territory. Evan was our guide/driver who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fog Dam was amazing and Corroboree Billabong was incredible. We saw lots of bird life and enough crocs to last me a lifetime! The best thing is that these crocs aren’t fed so they don’t jump like the ones at other attractions. The lily pads and blooms were beautiful. Took so many photos! Highly recommended.

    This was a fantastic experience, right from pick up from the hotel in Darwin. The tour guide, who I cannot remember his name but he was a drummer in a heavy metal band, was so knowledgeable and made the whole day a day to remember forever. A stop at the Corroboree pub to see Brutus the croc who wanted to be a lumberjack and then onto the Corroboree wetland via Fogg Dam. Awesome cruise on the wetland and we saw lots of birds, croc's and interesting fauna. Lunch was had amongst the big lily pads and it did not disappoint. Was well received by all! After lunch we cruised around some more seeing the sights before getting back on the bus and cruising back to Darwin via the Corroboree pub and enough time for a nice cool lager. Thank you very much for a great day. Keep running these tours as they are just amazing!

    Originally set up as a large scale rice growing project in the 1950`s Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve attracts a wide range of local and migratory water birds and other wildlife including one of the largest populations of snakes within Australia

    Window on the Wetlands Visitor Centre

    Enjoy interactive displays offering an insight into the ecological processes that occur in the wetlands and seasonal changes that are experienced. Also on display is extensive information explaining the Aboriginal & European histories of the area. From the upper viewing deck you will also get fantastic views over the Adelaide River floodplains.

    Corroboree Billabong is part of the beautiful Mary River Wetlands, which are teaming with birdlife and also boasts the largest concentration of saltwater crocodiles in the world. View these prehistoric creatures in their natural environment cruising past our vessel or basking on the banks of the billabong. The birdlife at Corroboree Billabong is prolific and you get the opportunity to see a huge variety of species during your cruise.
