    We had a wonderful time, our guide Mr. Lachie was so accommodating and always ready to assist specially we had a 2 yr old kid with us. Highly recommended for explorers

    Props to Julia, our tour guide! she was amazing with everything, esp with handling crisis :) Overall, the trip was great. The puffing billy was the highlight for sure!

    The train and the sanctuary were amazing. I was not impressed with the company's schedule for the day: we were dropped off at a small platform of Menzies Creek station and we were supposed to spend 45 minutes on that platform with nothing to do. There is a small museum but it is apparently open just for a couple of hours daily and it was closed by the time we got there. Thankfully our tour guide Nic was thinking on his feet and took us to a nearby lookout, which saved the day, even though it resulted in him doing way more driving than originally anticipated.

    Nice experience with a very good guide Mr Matthew, he is nice, funny and sharing good and important information with us when we are heading to the adventure 🤩🤩
