As we prioritize the well-being of our visitors and alpacas, please be aware of our 72-hour cancellation policy. Young adventurers under 17 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please be aware that sessions are subject to minimum group numbers and may be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions.
