    Nothing we didn’t get to go due to weather and now they will not refund my money for something we could not control. Don’t do it!

    We reached out to find the exact meeting location as we are not from Tampa. We got no response. We arrived to traffic jammed in the area, we finally found a parking place and walked up at 140pm (appointment time was 130) As we are walking up the group is rolling out. We call the phone number because they never responded to text. When someone finally called back they said they were booked for the rest of the day and would let us know if someone canceled(never happened) we asked about a refund they said they don't give refunds. I asked why are you keeping payment for something they haven't provided. They said that's what they do. I also contacted Viator and the first and only thing they said was..... Nothing they can do if you cancel or show up late. Thanks Viator!!¡!!

    There's no better way to get an up-close look at all of the options for a visitor to Tampa. Emily is a five-star guide. The tour covers a LOT of ground and includes a couple of rest stops as well as photo opps. (Emily took pictures of us on our tour using our cameras). One suggestion is that the company invest in the wifi listening devices that some other segway tours offer. But without a doubt if you book this experience you will be glad that you did.

    A great experience for myself and our 12yr old. He loved it!! Nice tour of the riverwalk area. It was just the 2 of us with Emily; she was delightful! We learned all kinds of information about the area. We had a great time and it only took a few minutes to feel comfortable with the Segway. A nice way to tour the city. Enjoy!

    We take off from the Embassy Suites in Downtown Tampa and zoom quickly by the Amalie Arena. From there, we coast onto the Tampa Riverwalk, which follows the majestic Hillsborough River to the scenic Curtis Hixon Park. Take in panoramic views of the city and the bay and return to the Embassy Suites to round out your tour.
