Great tour guide, had great information to share. The blankets were appreciated and we would have been miserable without them. Mother nature was the obstacle in making this an incredible tour.

I have wanted to visit North Carolina and see the State.. Wild ponies on the beach was the highlight of my OBX experience.

What a neat experience, driving on the beach - amazing how much traffic there was! Got to see several horses - glad our driver Kurt knew where to find the horses. It was chilly and he offered up blankets. Very helpful.

It was extremely windy yesterday and cool but our guide got a tip of where the horses were and we went there. We were able to get great pictures of horses and our guide Edna was knowledgeable and very friendly. She made sure we were able to get all the pictures we wanted. Great tour!!

It was an amazing experience! Our driver Carl(?) I believe his name was did a fantastic job taking us around and sharing his knowledge of the area. We got to see good deal of the 107 horses currently in the area including the new foal. I would pack a sweatshirt/jacket just in case. We went 4/16/24 and it was very windy on the truck during the street/beach part of the trek to see the horses. They did provide blankets which was really great. Thank you again, a family visiting from Maine

The very best time on our vacation! Edna worked so hard to find us horses. She was very patient, informative and fun! She took the time to answer our questions and teach us about the horses and the preserved land. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Great tour guiide (Edna) who followed the hooves in the sand and found lots of different horse harems on the beach , in the marsh area on the dunes etc. Dress warmly because it's colder by the sea and driving in the back of the truck. (Be cautious If you get nauseated easily or have a bad back with the bumpy sand dunes )
