Ambleside

We take a brief stop at Waterhead in Ambleside situated at the head of Lake Windermere. We then have a photo stop at Bridge house the most photographed building in the Lake District.

Rydal Water

A popular lake in central Lakeland given it's attractive location and Wordsworth connections. It's one of the districts smallest lakes.

Grasmere

William Wordsworth called Grasmere "The loveliest spot that man hath ever found." A beautiful location, peaceful lakeside walks and a Church that dates from the 13th century are some of the reasons why Grasmere is Cumbria's most popular village.

Chapel Stile

Situated within the Langdale valley Chapel Stile is a quaint Lakeland village. It contains a school, church, shop, and the Wainwrights' Inn. There is also a quarry located within the vicinity.

Elterwater
