They get one star. Because zero isnt an option. I should be a guided tour, but only at one stop the "guide" told us a little bit. At another stop, they gave us 10 minutes to walk arround a closed amusement psrk. The socalled guide seemed annoyed and irritaded. An absolute scam and waste of money. Book another segway tour if there is one. Dont book this company

It was a great way to see the city! The guide was really knowledgeable! Favourite part was segwaying under the sea!

We were never told by Viator or Norwegian that the excursion required an hour long train ride from the port to Hamburg. When we discovered this it was the night before, when . I reached out and was told pretty much too bad, so sad when I requested a refund I was told a flat NO! Same thing happened with the excursion we boked in Berlin. Had we known about the train rides necessary, I would have booked a later excursion time. Very disappointed with Viator and will never use again or recommend

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. 10 minutes before our appointment, which we had booked 2 weeks in advance, I received a call: the booked appointment had to be cancelled due to a guide being ill. However, we could happily travel 3 hours later - 2 groups would be combined and enough guides would be available. We actually showed up 3 hours later - but nobody knew about us. Apparently the only thing that was important was the signed waiver for any claims for damages. The instructions were very detailed - but right next to a busy road on which there were also a lot of cyclists. Then we set off in a group of 10 with 2 guides. One guide led the way across and on the busy harbor roads. We were overtaken by buses at what felt like 30 cm distance. If anyone cares about safety, they should choose another provider. I had already done a similar harbor tour with another provider and (about 8 years ago) I didn't have nearly as many fears back then.
