A beautiful and lush Laurissilva forest walk in which you will find the “25 Fontes” lagoon, the “Risco” waterfall and views of Ribeira da Janela valley. A common mistake is to think that there are 25 waterfalls in this walk. The “25 Fontes” name comes from the fact that the lagoon is formed by 25 water spring sources coming down from the mountains of “Paul da Serra”.
