Our guide Nahama was very knowledgeable. She made the tour very interesting and also recommended to us a great restaurant.

The experience did not happen. A substitute guide was appointed at the last minute and the guide neither showed up nor answered any phone calls when it was clear the guide was late (and did not call to explain or apologize). Even though it did not happen, since apparently the guide was unavailable at the designated time, Viator still charged the full amount.

Great guide, Marius, who was an excellent source regarding the very complicated history of Strasbourg, Engaging personality and very open to endless questions. We walked the entire 2 hours of the tour but at a very comfortable pace. We stayed in the area bounded by the canal around the old city the entire time and got a great sense of that area such that we can return to areas that we want to visit more in depth, such as museums and the most varied architecture. Highly recommend this tour and guide.

Hi For the most part I would recommend this tour. The host had a good amount of information that he tied together nicely that helped me remember the vast amount of information. As it was very cold (obviously not the guides fault), it would have been nice to go a few structures to temporarily get out of the cold. Early on we went in the cathedral but not inside any other building. Additionally, maybe it would have been nice to get a hot drink about half way through. Previously Viator tours have done this Other than this issue, it was well worth my time.

Nahama was great, she showed us the German side off the island that we never would have known about! Also showed us some really good food spots and a delicious pastry! Interesting history about the cathedral as well.

Tour was managed very well. We booked the day before and Marion made it work. Nahama was our tour guide and she spoke perfect English. She was very experienced and timing the tour was perfect. We got to see all the sights and ended on time. Highly recommend this tour, tour group, and tour guide.
