We love to cook and try new things. So does our 9 year older and her favorite foods are Tirsmisu and Pasta so how could we not give this a go. We loved the environment, our Chef was amazing and worked so well with everyone. He gave us so many tips and tricks along the way that we can not wait to try these recipes at home. The owner was there and was so king and generous. I would recommend this class to anyone! In fact I have already shared the link with 2 others.

This was a great personalized experience for a small group. The chef was excellent. We made tiramisu, potato gnocchi in tomato sauce, ravioli in sage butter sauce and egg pasta in ragù. Wonderful!

Gabrielle and his chief chef did an amazing job teaching us tips on fresh pasta. It was so authentic and fun. We each had a dish of the pasta at the end with delicious sauces. The dessert if Tiramisu was scrumptious! We had a fabulous time!

One of the best highlights from our detour to Florence, Italy! My wife and I mainly focused on Rome for our honeymoon trip, but spending a couple of days in Florence/Pisa was the best decision we made. Anyways, I’ll make this review long short. We were greeted by Sommelier Gabrielle upon arrival and this guy was friendly but professional, very knowledgeable and informative about what they do and served as our translator with Chef Valentino (very cool and funny chef). After introduction, We started the cooking class by prepping/making our dessert first (ofcourse to enjoy it later) ooooh, I savored that TIRAMISU! after that, we made 3 different types of pastas, (ravioli, gnocchi and pappardelle/tagliatelle). We can’t wait to boast this dishes and share it with our friends and family! Overall it was just so much fun learning on making an authentic Italian pasta, with a matching wine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! you haven’t been to Tuscany if you didn’t go to their kitchen, and by doing so, seeing Enoteca Vigna Nuova is the way to go! Especially with the team we had! Grazie Chef Valentino and to our Somms Gabrielle and Maria! Ciao and arrivederci!
