    I arrived at Acantilados de Los Gigantes. The yacht, a Bavaria 44, old enough and in need of repainting the wooden deckhouse, was moored without anyone. The wind was blowing very strongly at 43 knots (!) and I thought. “Too much wind, no one will come.” I also go sailing in Trieste where our wind (the Bora) reaches up to 120 km. Instead, after a very short time, TONY, the Commander and other English and Dutch tourists arrived on time. Tony, very kind and very expert, told us that we would not go sailing (due to the wind) but by motor. In fact, the wind at 43 knots is equal to around 80 km/h and is very exciting. But Tony was an exceptional skipper, he always took the sea and the waves in the right direction (we all got wet, but it was impossible to stay dry). So, after about 30 minutes of navigation we see the fin and back of two whales: fantastic. Only 15 seconds but a huge emotion. Tony offered us something to drink and eat but with those waves no one went below deck so as not to vomit. Unique and wonderful experience, worth trying, ultimately quite cheap for three hours at sea but above all with a truly special character, Tony.     We had the most wonderful time with Tony on our whale and dolphin watching cruise. It really made our holiday and I would recommend his cruise without hesitation. Tony explained the morning brilliantly and we all knew what to expect, we saw pilot whales and dolphins. The catering was superb and we had a fabulous swim in the Masca beach cove. Tony had life vests and noodles for less confident swimmers and delicious tapas and a wide selection of soft drinks wine and beer to enjoy on deck. I’m so glad that we booked this trip, I’d do it again in a flash!

    Lovely trip. Saw dolphins and pilot whales which was amazing. Nice sized boat and friendly captain. Well worth the money - would recommend.

    Amazing experience. Only 9 guests on board, and we were treated to seeing Whales very close. Range of drinks and finger food were offered. We will definitely book this trip again.

    We would definitely recommend MPC Yacht Charters for anyone wanting to see dolphins and whales from Tenerife. The boat is beautiful and expertly sailed to ensure we felt safe with our 10 yr old and very comfortable during the trip. The tapas are excellent and the captain’s knowledge about the sea life made the trip perfect.

    What to expect

    Come and enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience aboard our mojo picon boat, we will leave the port of Los Gigantes for 3 hours in which we will look for whales and dolphins in their natural environment, you will take photos of the tendencies volcano, Isla Gomera and the Cliffs of Los Giants, we will stop in a natural cove with crystal clear waters for 30 minutes to swim and snorkel.
