The Fremont Troll (also known as The Troll, or the Troll Under the Bridge) is a public sculpture in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, Washington in the United States.

Hiram M. Chittenden Locks

This tour was great and our guide, James, was so knowledgeable about the city and an all around friendly person! Well worth the money!

Our city tour with Shaun was great. We were picked up at our hotel promptly and then go a mini-tour while the rest of the tour members were collected. Two young men had come in from Asia and overslept but Shaun made every effort to ensure they were part of our group. We got a great overview of Seattle, with history as well as current day information with no inappropriate comments on politics, etc. We never dreamed there was so much to see in Seattle, and wish we could have spent longer in the city. We had fun as well as getting to see and learn about the city. Highly recommended.

The pick up location was minutes from our hotel, which was very convenient. We had four older adults on our tour. It was a Friday and our tour guide made it clear that he had not guided a tour on a Friday for a long time. His comment made more sense as we started our tour and found the streets clogged. He did his best to reconfigure the tour to go places that would be busier later, so we could see what we needed to see in the allotted amount of time. Unfortunately, this was not an enjoyable tour, as it needed to be more personalized to the clientele on the shuttle, and not follow a set schedule of locations. There were places we were supposed to stop for photos that we just drove by, preventing photo opportunities. There was one bathroom stop after the first hour, but nothing after, nor was it offered. The other party on the shuttle started mentioning their hotel before the two hour mark on the three hour tour, as they were just as bored and ready to quit the tour early as was our party. When we went to the salmon ladder/locks it was apparent that James was excited to show us the salmon. Unfortunately two out of the four in our group couldn’t make the long and steep walk to the location due to age/ability, and James didn’t seem to care who came and who didn’t. We spent a great deal of time looking for non-existent salmon and didn’t go to see the locks at all. I would have rather seen the locks in action, as there was a boat going through. It was nice of James to drop us off at our hotel, instead of making us walk back after the tour was over. Because of games being played at the sports arenas, we didn’t get to see them, yet I doubt anyone on our tour cared. We were just looking forward to the end. It was possibly the longest three hour tour (besides the three hour tour that stranded the passengers of the USS Minnow on Gilligan’s Island). This tour maybe interesting for others, yet we were bored beyond belief.

Absolutely brilliant What a way to see Seattle. Our guide was the very ‘Musical Matt’ and he was so much fun and so informative. I would recommend this trip for anyone visiting Seattle for the 1st time.

We had previously taken a Viator tour in Vancouver, BC, so we chose this tour for our Seattle visit. We were surprised and delighted to have Matthew as our guide. He not only shared extensive history and current sights of the city, but also serenaded us with show tunes! His engaging personality, entertaining delivery, and wonderful voice made our tour a fantastic experience. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family for future visits. He's a keeper!

The bus picked us up 45 mins late and the company never picked up the phone when trying to find out why. The driver and guide was very enthusiastic and knew lots of very useful facts and figures.

I love doing a city tour on one of the first days being in a new city. The tour was great, our guide was very informative, and after the tour we knew where we wanted to spend more time. It was a great overview and some history of the city. Would definitely recommend. Pick up at our hotel was easy and convenient.

DC was excellent! He explained all very clearly and told interesting anecdotes. He was friendly and helpful. The tour was wonderful and we visited such a variety of places.

Park stop to overlook the city. Driver Failed to point out to us a couple of things he said he’d show us “later on in the tour”.
