Pearl Harbor National Memorial

We begin at historic Pearl Harbor where you will experience firsthand the earth-shattering events that catapulted the U.S. into World War II. Join us at the USS Arizona Memorial, a deeply moving and emotional experience where you will learn about the 1,177 seamen who perished when their battleship was sunk during the December 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. You’ll witness the attack in a 23-minute documentary and then cross the harbor to the Memorial in a Navy vessel. At the Memorial, pay your respects to the heroes whose names are etched in marble in the Shrine Room. Look into the water and note the oil droplets – “The Black Tears of the Arizona” – that continue to escape the sunken battleship and rise to the harbor surface. Back at Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, there will be time to visit the WWII museum exhibits and the bookshop.

Booked tour during early Dec for a late Dec tour. Paid in full, and received confirmation emails and tickets. Showed up at pickup point at scheduled date and time, and there's no one to pick us up. Called the customer service number, and the rep said: "I'm sorry. I see your reservation here, but no pickup was scheduled. The tour is now sold out, and we cannot accommodate you". Spent 20 minutes trying to discuss options with the customer service rep, and other than "I'm sorry", and "We will issue a full refund", there were no solutions presented. My family and I were left high and dry, with no options, and six hours to with nothing to do. We travel from a long way away, and have limited time at Hawaii. How can pre-booked and pre-paid tours be canceled with no-shows from the vendor? A full refund will never cover the opportunity cost of the time and overall effort spent. Absolutely terrible experience. Highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
