Royal Delfin 3H Dolphin & Whale Watching! Swimming & Lunch!

By far the best boatbtrip. Great swimming. Always see the whales. Nice free lunch and plenty of drinks 5 star

I looked at numerous boat trips and this one was advertised in our hotel so booked a few days in advance ( we did the 3hr trip). A coach picked us up and took us to the boat. It was full and a little crowded like other reviews say but this wasn't an issue for us. We sat up at the top but once the boat got moving everyone moved around so don't worry about getting a seat upstairs. HINT: stand at the edge of the boat and stay there! it doesn't take long until your seeing dolphins and whales and everyone rushes to the edges. We stood the whole way and gazed out to sea. It was pretty amazing. The boat stops when they see any whales or dolphins and they stay while everyone sees them, we saw a family of whales with a baby! The dolphins swam ahead in front of the boat which was good to watch. We even saw a turtle drifting by the boat too. Such an amazing thing to see them out in their natural habitat. ANY review that says to go to Loro Parque clearly doesn't appreciate the natural beauties of the world. The lower part of the boat has viewing windows which is lovely (you cant see much whilst on the move), small shoals of fish swim by whilst stationary though. Food was basic, we chose not to eat but the teens did. All inclusive drinks were nice, there was a jug of what i think was sangria and it was lush!, they never ran low - constantly topped up. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable! We stopped off for some swimming which was very fun! lots of people jumping in and having a float around. BRING YOUR SNORKEL! One o No one on board seemed to be sea sick. We thought we would feel queezy but we was fine. f our teens saw a turtle under the boat. There was a man with a video camera catching a bit of everyone and the video is available to buy - it is 20euro and for us it was worth it, he got a great shot of me diving into the sea. All in all i give the experience a 4/5 but my other half said to give 3/5 (he doesn't do swimming and think this bit made it for me, my first ever time on a boat trip too). The only reason i didn't give a 5/5 was due to the food not being the best.

The staff were Brilliant. But the boat was over full. We couldn't get upstairs to the main deck once due to congestion. When there were any wildlife sightings, we couldn't get near to any part of the boat to see them because of so many people fighting to see them. The food was equivalent to the worst school dinner ever, with no other options than soggy coleslaw, dry rice, odd texture meatballs and stale bread. During the swim at the rear of the boat, so many people were forced into a small area, so you end up being sandwiched in. I got kicked and scratched and my son a flipper in the face cutting his forehead. I asked Viator for a partial refund but they ignored this and asked for a full refund which was rejected by the tour provider straight away. Unfortunately greed took over our trip, with the overselling of spaces for profit. Not worth 105 euros

This trip does not match the expectations set. Sold as pick up from hotel to wonderful 3hr cruise with lunch included. Bus pick up was fine, except we arrived very early and had to queue. After 30 minutes standing in the heat, eventually got onto the boat only for it to be delayed a further 30 minutes because 2 buses were late. Then a rocky overpacked 1hr and 30 mins of whale and dolphins watching. This was good other than the fact people were getting sick. I understand some people get sea sick but many people on the boat were feeling unwell, I mainly put this down to the delay in the heat and delay in getting food. However, if you weren’t feeling sick before the food you certainly would be after it. Some horrible rice and chicken meatball dish was the only option, a dry breadroll with no butter and a banana. We decided to swim to just get off the boat for a while. We even considered swimming ashore and getting a taxi home!! Eventually we got back to shore and there was no indication of where our pick up would be. We found it by chance as it was a completely different driver and bus to the one we arrived on, only we recognised a couple we had arrived with getting on. This bus had no A/C. This trip would be more suited to a price of €20pp because for nearly €100 for a couple it’s 100% not worth the money.

Dan is very nice, we could have personal tour experience. We can see the stars all over the sky. His photography is very professional. We could save many wonderful pictures about all things. 还要写中文吗！哈哈哈 他的团有很多中国人，他也会说一些中文，体验感很好～星空璀璨。照片拍的也特别好～爱拍照的来准没错
