Would really recommend this. Jake is super knowledgable and chose great locations to visit. I took some local Montgomery folks with me and they learnt so many things they didn’t know. Recommend for tourists and locals alike!

Wonderful experience. Jake is super friendly and incredibly informative. He walks you down a historical memory lane. Lots of historical events that he himself was a part of. Very patient with kids; we had out three little boys on the tour and he kept them interested. Super professional.

One of the most informative tours we have ever taken. Jake Williams is the real deal, a native from Montgomery and the environs, a former HS history teacher, he immersed us in the history from slave arrival through current times of black experience and the civil rights struggle. Hats off to Jake.

We had a tour with Jake (Montgomery Tours LLC) in late August of 2022. The tour was great with lots of historical information as well as personal stories/perspectives from Jake from his own experiences. I'd highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to learn about the Civil Rights movement.

Jake was amazing!!! His personal touches were memorable for my family and I. He brought all of the things that were taught in school to life for us on this tour. He is a wealth of native knowledge to Montgomery for sure!

Jake was our guide and it was just my wife and I. He took the time to give us a lot of background information before the tour started and made a point of asking regularly if we had questions. After the tour he took us to an awesome place for lunch and ice cream since he didn’t have an afternoon tour! We would definitely recommend him! Thank you Jake !
