What a great day ! Boat was luxurious and the crew fantastic. We had a 10 people trip and there was lots of space , so don’t be worried about the 12 people maximum capacity. The crew and captain were knowledgeable, safe and kept us entertained all day (4 hours) (Ronnie, Suso and Azael) were just perfect and very entertaining. Views are spectacular, you can relax or do the water sports ( at an extra cost) Unfortunately towards the end Of the trip I felt a bit sea sick so remember to take your tablet before you go if you suffer ! Do let that spoil your day and it certainly did not spoil my trip. Crew were very caring when they realised I was a little motion sick! It’s a memory that will stay with you in a very positive way ! Thank you and see you next year !

As we were a family party of 11 , we decided to book this boat trip through our hotel . Included in the price was a pick up and return to our hotel, boat for our sole use, all drinks (including soft drinks, sangria and beers), light tapas lunch, snorkelling and paddle boarding. The pick up was on time and we were swiftly taken to Puerto Rico to board the boat. It soon became apparent that the sea was more than a bit choppy and by the time we arrived at the bay near Mogan, where we anchored, several of us felt sea sick! It was unfortunate and not the boat companies fault, but it did prevent us from enjoying the free drinks and tapas. The snack provided was meagre.We had several vegetarians and a person on a GlutenFree diet. There was nothing Gluten Free and apart from some bread, cheese slices, olives and crisps not a lot for the vegetarians, especially the children. There was a small platter of meats but most of that was fed to the fish! The paddle boarding and snorkelling were enjoyed by the younger members, but no one wanted to payout the extra for using the jet ski, so the crew gave us an exhibition on it instead! The crew were nice and friendly and did keep offering more drinks, but I think they got away lightly with us! The toilet on board was clean, but the below deck cabin was not tidy or shipshape! There was plenty of room for us to either sit on the seats at the stern or lounge on the front, although this was a challenge reaching in such choppy seas! The return journey to the port wasn’t quite so bad as they steered the boat nearer the land. The disappointing thing at the end was that the transfer back to the hotel was not waiting for us…in fact the crew went home and we just sat at the port for nearly an hour while the company’s representative at the port tried to get hold of our transport!

We were collected from our hotel just before 10am and taken down to the port. We boarded with seven others (we are a family of four, so there was 11 in total). We cruised out for around an hour where others on the boat used the jet ski. We were offered drinks which were regularly refilled. We then reached the spot where you anchor and can use other equipment like snorkels, paddle boards, floating platform etc. there are also life jackets for those who want them and any children. They also serve lunch which is a selection of breads, meats, cheeses, olives etc which went down really well. My husband and I took our two children (6 and 11) who absolutely loved it. Do be mindful that the sea is very choppy so those who suffer from sea sickness could be quite uncomfortable. We had one person on board who spent the majority of the four hours vomiting. The crew were really nice and helpful to her though. The crew (Tato, Alberto and one other whose name I have forgotten, sorry!) were absolutely fantastic, incredibly attentive and great with our children. I would highly recommend this, especially at such a reasonable price for what you get. Thanks so much for making our time so memorable.

We had a fantastic afternoon on the Panda Boat tour. The views from the boat are incredible. Christo was an excellent host and could not have done enough for the guests. Stopping in Mogan to swim was one of the highlights. It is worth paying a bit extra to use the Jet Ski. It was cheaper than you get elsewhere and was a great addition to the day.

What a fabulous cruise! Both Cristo and Siso were fantastic from the off making me and my family at ease. It was such a fantastic experience for us all made but these two gentlemen. I cannot think of a better way to see the island and learn more about Gran Canaria. We will be back and one of the first things we will do is book another tour with the team at Panda. Thank you!

Done this trip on Sunday 19th of May 2024, booked the 2pm till 6pm. Price was €75 pp. I understand these trips when booking are hyped up by the rep course it's their job. What we were told was not what we got the only thing that saved this trip in anyway for my self and my partner was then two crew were nice and the snorkeling spot was very beautiful. We were told the trip included the following. •only 12 people, no other both like it won't get it anywhere else • ulimited drink, such has beer, fizzy drinks. Water and sangria • each person to have their own sun lounger • Food • included is price of pick up and drop off from hotel. • leave at 2pm, was told come at 1.45 as the boat would be gone at 2pm • told extra actives came at certain prices. What we got • 13 people on the trip, I no it is only one more my point is we paid a certain price for a group of 12 people, this bothers me because of other issues to follow. • we had 40 minutes left of this drip, however when my partner asked for a drink he was told this us your last one. • there was not a sun lounger for everyone. There was a bunny pad at the front of the boat with 10 spots. For only we got on 1st we would of had to sit at the back of the boat. Which would have been fine if we were not promised something else. • the snack was pitiful. There was a little ham, olives, small bowl of salad. Small basket of bread, one plate of cheese with about 10 slices on it. Two small bowls of chips and a little bowl of pretzels. This was not enough for 13 people. Considering you pay for food. • price for pick up should not have been included in our price as because we were a 14 min walk to the harbour we were told we won't f**cking collect you. I did not need to be collected was happy to walk as I was doing it daily but we should have not been charged for it. • arrived at 1.40, no sign of a rep or guide, called them at 1.55 and was told its ok to wait on other people might be 10 mins late.. we did not leave until 2.30. Yes we came back 4 hours later at 6.30 but not after floating outside the harbour for 30 minutes to waste time for the 4 hours to be up. • extra activities were more expensive then we were told, so we could not take part as we brought an alloted amount from the information we were given Overall we are not happy with the details as I said the snorkeling was beautiful and the crew were nice and tried there best with what they had. I understand this but its not acceptable and I would never book with this company again. I find the whole effort shocking and think things may need to be looked at moving forward. I cannot recommend this trip.

I had the time of my life on this boat tour, I went with my girlfriend who is autistic and Cristo and Tato were amazing they were really nice caring and compassionate about their job, I have never been on a boat before and I began to feel sea sick at one point, Cristo went too great lengths to make sure I was okay and kept checking up on me, was an amazing experience and would 1000% recommend to anyone

Fantastic trip with Cristo and Jose. I recommend the 10 am booking and having lunch on the boat. This half day trip was very enjoyable on a lovely clean boat that felt quite luxurious. Great value for money with free flowing drinks, water toys and snorkeling. We paid extra for the jet skiing which I highly recommend. Cristo gave us great instructions and also made sure we stayed safe. The extra bonus is that we saw dolphins out at sea. I appreciated the What’s App Message the night before to arrange the pickup. We opted to drive to the port ourselves and were pleased to have parking where they directed me to which was mere steps away from the boat. We enjoyed being able to move around the boat. Very comfortable padded sun beds in the front and seats around a table in the back. We had 11 people and this was a good size. I believe there is a max of 12 people. Most of the group went to stake out the sun beds as they got on, but I didn’t want to be in the sun and wind for the drive out and stayed in back and then it felt like a private boat. I booked everything through TripAdvisor and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We all (mom, dad, plus teenage boy) really enjoyed it.
