    Pilot cancelled one hour prior to our scheduled time. While I appreciate his concern for our safety. I was on the Uber already from the city (Chicago). The Uber driver was lovely but $200 for a ride in an Uber was not the helicopter over the city experience I was expecting. I do need to note he offered to reschedule but due to the fact I have other plans and I’m on a vacation for my Birthday my time was extremely limited. I was given a refund but my dissatisfaction and disappointment was an understatement.

    This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pilot Chuck was excellent and took us all around the Chicago skyline and over many important landmarks. His commentary was likewise outstanding. My daughter and I had a phenomenal time discovering Chicago on our trip together, but this was the definitely one of the things we'll always remember!

    This was AMAZING! The highlight of my trip! Wayne and Charlotte were the best! Definitely recommend! It was such a memorable experience! A must do!

    It was my wife's 81 birthday gift from me. She absolutely loved every minute of the trip around Chicago and the lake front. We also got to see Wrigley Field from the air. My grandson also accompanied us on the trip. It was special to him as he is the Chicago Cubs organist.
