In the background, it is possible to see Fajã do Rancho and Fajã do Cabo Girão, which stand out for the small areas of cultivated land at the foot of the cliffs.

From Ribeira da Janela we begin our drive to the extreme north of the Island. After a great break in Porto Moniz we move to Seixal. Here the scenery is painted in harmonious tones a black sand beach bathed by the Atlantic and sheltered by escarpments and green mountains. This place therefore looks like a green amphitheatre
