We had an absolutely amazing day out with Simon. Great communication even calling the hotel to let us know he was picking us up. Really easy to book a trip. A real treat being picked up from the hotel in the buggy. The buggy was fantastic, well looked after and such a great experience. Such a fun drive up the mountain, great views and fabulous stops on route. Simon was so friendly and knowledgeable, we definitely felt like part of the family. Such a great experience that we would recommend highly. We loved visiting all of Simons offices 🤣 and had a fab meal at the end at Angie's before being dropped back to the hotel. Well what can we say except this is a must. The communication from both Philippe and Simon prior to the trip was amazing. Simon was our guide for the day and what a lovely guy he is. We had a good laugh prior to setting off putting all of us at ease. The tour into the mountains was amazing, beautiful scenery and amazing stops for refreshments. We went to casa fernado restaurant for a bite to eat, the tapas was amazing, thanks Simon. The buggy was great to drive and exhilarating with the wind blowing through your hair. Simon made us all feel we were all that mattered in his day which made the experience very very special. Thank you and we will definitely get in contact next time we visit.

They day out driving the 1960 and 70's buggies was brilliant. Lot of people along the streets waves and smiles as you past them. Phillipe, the owner, was a great chap who made the day real fun and easy going. Just a relaxed and fun way to see Gran Canaria mountains. The mountain roads were really well maintained so we all felt safe. Highly recommended day tour.

The buggie tour is a great way to see the mountains of Gran Canaria. Simon was our guide. He was awesome! He made us feel like long time friends. He personally contacted me by phone to introduce himself, clarify the tour details, and answer any questions. My wife has mobility issues and he reassued us it was no problem. Simon also arranged to pick us up at the cruise ship. He was on time, very friendly, easy to talk with. He made sure everyone was comfortable with driving the buggies and regularly checked in with everyone to ensure their needs were met and all were having a good time. The scenery was beautiful, the ride was pleasant, and the food at the mountain top was delicious. I would highly recommend this tour!

Philip was wonderful, friendly, and a great guide. Simon was great in setting up the specifics for my trip. It was a beautifully chosen route with great vistas to see and take photos in.

Where to start? But utterly spectacular!!! Simon picked us up from our hotel in Puerto Rico. Made us feel part of the buggy family straight away. We picked up our buggy from his base in Mespalomas and then our adventure began. We drove to the base of the mountain where we met the owner of the tour, Phillip who was really nice and had drink. After a drink we travelled up the mountain with Simon as our guide, he constantly was check we were OK and was so thoughtful that we were not pressurised to keep at any speed and was able to experience some amazing views travelling up the mountain. When we reached the top we stopped for a bite to eat and a drink. I seriously recommend the freshly squeezed mango and the alioli bread if you like homemade garlic mayo. Wow. On the may down it was amazing, hairpin corners and views to die for. Once we got back to base Simon suggested that we eat at Angie's british food bar and wow the food was amazing. If I recommend one thing to do in Gran Caneria it is this. It was my Fiancées birthday and she said it was the best birthday present ever. Simply amazing!!!

Well what can I say about Phillip and Simon what a couple of gents , from the moment we all met we were sold with their experience of a buggy trip up the island, so glad we never did the boat trip earlier in the day being forced into a trip, got new friends along with places we wouldn’t never of gone ******. What an experience 5****. We were collected from our hotel in a buggy by our guide Simon who took us back to their depo to collect our own 70’s Buggy for our tour. The buggy was in superb condition, clean and running beautifully. We had a fantastic experience climbing the mountains in an authentic 1970’s VW Buggy, time was no issue and we stopped off at mountainside bars for a drink. If we return to Gran Canaria I will be doing this tour again, worth every penny. Thank you Simon for your hospitality and humour.
