It was a perfect day!!! Adam was our tour guide. He was awesome!! He gave us a lot of interesting facts about the Amish way of life. A great learning experience. We definitely recommend this tour to the Amish Village.

If you're interested in learning about the Amish then this is a good tour to immerse yourself a little bit into that world. I got to learn about their origins in Europe and how they eventually ended up in Pennsylvania. The tourguide, James, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was a safe driver. He could tell us the do's and don't when interacting with the Amish culture. Their food is amazing (the apple dumpling is close to the Apfelstrudel you get in Vienna).

I did the Amish Country tour with James and I truly recommend going on the tour. There's a lot of stuff to see and explore. Highlights were all the cute animals and really good food (I recommend getting a soft pretzel) No questions were left unanswered and I got a lot of additional infos about the Amish. Would definetely go again.

The tour was FANTASTIC! Tom, the guide, was very knowledgeable and worked to make the tour extra special. I definitely appreciated all his efforts to make the tour memorable! I had been in Philadelphia for a conference, and I ended up being the only one on the tour. I was very thankful the tour wasn’t canceled. That speaks a lot about the company! Other tours would have canceled without meeting a minimum number of guests. I’m glad the tour ran, because my trip to Philly would not have been complete without the tour. The weather was perfect that day too! I highly recommend the tour and Tom as the guide! I loved the whole tour and hope to go again if I’m ever back in Philadelphia!

This was one of the most incredible day trips I've taken. My friend and I were lucky enough to be the only ones on the tour, and we had the absolute best time with Dale. He was entertaining, knowledgable and a pleasure to chat with throughout the day, and the experience itself was a memorable exploration of a unique and fascinating community that I will never forget.

The mini bus was early which was great as it meant we could wait for the remaining guests on board. Our guide was James and he was friendly and informative. The journey to Lancaster County passed so quickly with us learning lots about the Amish. Our first stop was the Amish Village and Farm, this included a guided tour around a reproduction of an Amish house and plenty of time to browse the farm and shops - great produce!!! The rest of the day was spent dropping in to numerous Amish shops - toys, goats, quilting, leather, woodwork, bakery. Lunch was not included in the price but we were taken to a local hotel to experience a plentiful all-you-can eat buffet of local food for a very reasonable $20 per head. By the end of our trip which started at 9am and finished around 5pm, the full minibus of guests had a much better knowledge of the Amish, full stomachs and lots of lovely products as souvenirs. We were a family of three with a 16 year old son. There were plenty of comfort breaks and time to browse without being rushed back to the bus. Highly recommend the tour and if you get James as a guide, you will definitely have a good time.
