    Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable and spoke easily understandable English. He showed us all of the sights in both Porto and Gaia. He was obviously proud of his home and rightly so. More of the Duoro valley is now on our wish list.

    Ricardo had some secret viewing points where no other tourists were. He gave us a drink of port while we admired the view and took photos- magic

    We were so lucky to find Ricardo during our stay in Porto. He and his electric car were exactly what we were looking for. His great knowledge and love for his city and his friendliness and willingness to share his information were exceptional. His open convertible car was far superior to the other vehicles being offered for similar tours. Being in close proximity to the driver, we were able to carry on a continuous conversation with him as we drove through the city, stopping for photo shoots, pointing out all of the historical sites, driving down very narrow streets and alleys to get the best views of the sites in this wonderful city and the nearby beach area and getting his insights on the social and economic conditions of the area. If you want an up close view of Porto, Ricardo is your man!

    Ricardo was a terrific guide and a lovely man. He went out of his way to show us places that we would not have seen otherwise.

    Ricardo gave us a fantastic tour of the city, including driving us out to the coast which we wouldn't have done on our own. We definitely got a good feel for the city, as this was our first day. We were able to go back to a few places during our stay.
