Food was terrible, so we left our bags on our seat to grab a bite outside the lounge, when we returned half an hour later, our bags had been removed by the staff and placed at reception, our seats had been taken and the attitude was not great. The bar charges for drinks, the food looked stale and old. I certainly would not pay to enter.

Terrible. The lounge was empty - well over 50 empty tables but not allowed in for 30 minutes. No explanation from from the 2 ladies on the desk.

The food was good, not out of this world. My complaint is with American Express. We walked up to counter and were told we have access. Went for a short walk and when we came back we were told there was a waiting list (45min). Paying customers had priority. We waited and got in.

Our Waiter, Gabrielle, was a tonic in the lounge, making great cafe lattes and proper English tea! Well done! We used this lounge after having our BA flight cancelled at short notice. We had extra 5 hours to wait when we walked in and Gabrielle was on duty. His smile was a welcome to us both!

We flew from Catania to Rome first thing in the Morning, and at Noon we flew direct to Toronto. We had a 4 hour layover. I am glad that we booked the Premium Lounge. Comfortable Chairs, good selection of food. If there are any criticisms, it is: 1. Lack of large coffee mugs. I realize that we are Canadian, but if you go through the concourse you will see lots of mugs for sale that are the right size. We needed coffee cups/mugs that would hold a cup of coffee as big as your fist. 2. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. I have seen worse, but I have also seen better. But we would definitely book another Lounge in future.

No ice, no snacks, dry bread, food not appetising, dirty tables, wouldn't bother. Only good thing was charging my phone!

The food and space are very good with multiple options for hot and cold food, restocked frequently. The only downside is that you can only have wine or beer included in your visit (alcohol), everything else will cost you extra. Regarding no alcohol there are more options.

This was an incredibly disappointing and overpriced experience. Paid £45 each to spend 2-3 hours there before our flight for my husband's 40th birthday. The staff were incredibly unhelpful, bordering on rude and didn't seem to want to engage with customers at all. The bar was closed for all of 10 minutes while we were there meaning alcohol was unavailable as was the coffee machine. Despite a queue of people asking for drinks, staff studiously ignored everyone for as long as possible. The food options were some scrambled egg, bacon and sausages plus a salad bar that was not refreshed at all while we were there. A couple of stale biscuits and stale slices of bread available and that was about it. A far cry from the description, very disappointing.

Very comfortable place to wait. Nice view of the tarmac. Food is great and good drink selection. kindness and professionalism of the staff is outstanding , in particular a lady called Valeria. Everyone should smile like she did. Well done Plaza lounge T3 Rome FCO
