    We took the tour on a Saturday night and Ray was an incredible tour guide. His knowledge and shared experiences from audio and video footage was unbelievable - but we believe!! We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in haunts, etc., but the historical recap of all the stops was super satisfying. Can’t wait to come back. A+++

    Lots of neat history about the town. Thoroughly enjoyed it and felt safe while with our guide. Our guide stopped outside a little bar halfway through the tour in case anyone needed a restroom break or a drink. My only suggestion to the company is to start and end the tour in the same place or at least offer to escort guests back to the starting point. That was the scariest part of the tour, walking back to our car alone late at night. A mom and 2 teen girls walking dark sidewalks alone in a city we aren’t familiar with was a little unnerving.

    Have not done a ghost tour before so nothing to compare this to. Our guide was engaging but overall the experience wasn’t very interesting and only a few stories were told.

    Our tour guide seemed knowledgeable about the different stops and I'm glad he had a speaker to let us hear the different recordings.

    We did this tour as a date night in vacation and Ray was phenomenal with history and telling the stories. I loved that there were recordings and videos. We loved it!

    We tell the history and the haunting of the old theatre, as well as play evidence captured from our investigation there with A&E's television show "My Ghost Story:Caught on Camera."
