We arrived from the US on one of the hottest days every in Rome, but Caesar was there waiting for us and quickly took the four of us to his airconditioned van. Since we had a morning arrival, we booked the airport to hotel transfer with a 4 hour tour. After a few questions on what we wanted to see, Caesar took us to our first stop, the San Callisto catacombe. From there he took us to the must-see sights, the Colosseum, the Patheon, Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain along with a plethora of drive by sites. Out last stop was from the top of hill where we could see the city of Rome spread out before us, it was a fantastic view. After that we headed to our hotel. Caesar was a fantastic driver and guide, I would highly recommend him. We were using the same service the next day for our trip from the hotel to the cruise terminal and we were so happy to Caesar arrive to pick us up. I have only good things to say about your service and Caesar, absolutely nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend both.

Our flight arrived late and it was wonderful to be greeted by a welcoming driver/ guide and get into an air conditioned comfortable vehicle. I didn’t have a set agenda in mind, more a chance to get acquainted with Rome before checking into my hotel. Our driver was exceptionally helpful in giving us the most opportunity to see and experience parts of the city that were further from our hotel and that we wouldn’t see otherwise. She took us to 3 exceptional spots. Exceeded my expectations!

This is good and dependable transfer. Our plane was 2 hours late and our guide Michael waited on us, made contact when we landed and put our minds at ease. He took us around the city and showed us the Landmarks of Rome and then dropped us at our hotel. Would recommend them whole heartedly.

Our driver was waiting for us on arrival, and took us to our van. We did the airport pick up with the 4 hour city tour. It is a great way to start a trip, especially since we couldn’t check in until later. The driver kept our luggage and stayed with the van at the places where we got out. The driver spoke English, and was very informative. We also used this service for a transfer back to the airport at the end of our trip. They were very punctual, and it was nice to not have to worry about finding a cab for 4 people with luggage. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone.

Great first impression experience in Rome. Met us promptly and then drove us throughout Rome making multiple stops to allow us chances to visit basilicas and points of interest before taking us to hotel.

We have used Rome Chauffeur on a previous visit to Rome so were pleased to use them again. Our airport pick up by Michaele was smooth, on time and courteous. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. On the way to our hotel we enjoyed the Orientation Tour which was flexible based on our interests. By the time we reached our hotel, we had seen some of the highlights and really felt that we had arrived and were ready to start our vacation. A really great way to be greeted and welcomed to Rome. We used Rome Chauffeur again to do our transfer to our cruise ship. We were met on time by a very polite and courteous gentleman, Cesar, in a very clean and comfortable vehicle. The drive to the port was smooth and very comfortable and we arrived in plenty of time for our check in. It was a really pleasant way to end our land tour of Italy. We highly recommend Rome Chauffeur!
