It was a great experience 2 Day Tours but isn't worth the money for the Alcatraz tour. Because you can go to Alcatraz Island on your own for less money. The Golden Gate Bike tour is worth the money, the guide was very nice and knowledgeable.

This was a great way to experience the city in fun way, and cover a lot of ground in this massive city! Ricky was very knowledgeable and laid back. I always wanted to bike across the bridge- 10/10 would do it again!! It re-ignited my love for bike riding, and I even rented a bike on a separate day to explore some more!!

Really enjoyed our two days. Very easy to redeem to vouchers for each excursion. Alcatraz was really interesting and the audio tour was fascinating. We had a fab tour guide on the bike ride. Was worried it would be really hilly but apart from one small steep climb it was easy. Owen was really knowledgeable about the area and it was definitely worth getting the guide as we would not have noticed half as much by ourselves. Sausalito was gorgeous and again very easy to return on the ferry. Only downside was the ferry tickets were not included in the package. Overall it made our trip to SF even more enriching.

No one warns you that there are extra charges if you miss the closing time, because of course the ferry timetable is not compatible with the rental company's timetable, no one will tell you anything, be careful it's 50 dollars, go somewhere else to rent your bikes.

Had an amazing time with BayCity Bikes - first the Guided bike tour was awesome we upgrade to the E BIKES and it was the BEST ! had the bikes all day and went across the Golden Gate Bridge with the group to Sausalito and then since we had the ebikes we even biked all the way back after lunch/ shopping in Sausalito and kept going across bridge again , checked out Lombard street and loved every minute and had bikes back by 7pm! wonderful timem. Alcatraz was great the next day. totally recommend.

The bike tour was a highlight for our California holiday. Judy our guide was the best! Fun and informative, she is a real asset to Bay City Bike Tours. Definitely worth the upgrade to electric bikes unless you are a keen cyclist or have youth on your side! It would have been good to stop on the Golden Gate Bridge or just on the other side to take in the view, but it is a very busy thoroughfare. The rain at Alcatraz didn't dampen our day. We started with a brief tour outside and then onto the audio tour in the cell block. Amazing history and stories of life on the Rock. A great package deal and quick response when I phoned to confirm our booking details. New Zealand Family of 4
