The directions were unorganized being that they tell you the day before you go on your cruise. Our timing, for our two cruises were conflicted and we missed one of them and I was told I cannot get a refund. I would never use again nor recommend.

Alcatraz was very well organised, the audio tours kept the crowds moving and catching every thing there was to see and hear in a most interesting way. We had a most beautiful clear day so really got to enjoy the gardens and the views, and it brought the films and previous knowledge to life. James had a lovely sunny disposition, was very inviting and inclusive in his chat and shared interesting information about the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco history with us. I was pleased to say accessing the self administered part of the tour was much easier than I anticipated , as James had laid out a step by step process. My only confusion was whether I had the correct voucher/code/ticket to access it… and of course I did.
