    We showed up for the tour and no one showed up. There was us along with other families that book through Viator that Had no idea the tour had been canceled.

    The tour is good and worth taking. One feedback that I would like to share is that it should accommodate visitors who arrive bit late as it’s difficult to find parking spot even if you reach destination ahead to time. I called them and guy on the phone was rude and did not understand my concern as I told I am facing issue in finding parking spot, I believe the tour guide was not that person in the phone. Tour guide was so nice a and accommodating he share the location and asked to come at that spot

    The most beautiful thing was the Maid Of The Mist. The Tour Guide was very Knowledgeable about the Area.

    The your guide was incredible good but the logistic was a disaster When you buy a toor you expect preferential treatment at the lines and it was not the case The time wasted messed up our itinerary
