Our tour guide, Hank, was the consummate host. Very knowledgeable about wines (without being over-bearing), and the Paso Robles area in general. Great sense of humor and very engaging. Great choice of wineries to visit. Lunches were excellent, and we loved having the tasting fees (and lunches) included in the tour price.

Such a fun day ! The wineries we went to were all very different in their own ways & the views were amazing. Wasn’t crowded so the service was great - Hank was our driver for the day and he was terrific!

Our Tour Guide Michael arrived early and picked us up at our accommodations. He was very nice and very informative regarding the tour. We enjoyed the three wineries we tasted at. The box lunch was delicious too. We wish that the wineries had offered oyster crackers to cleanse the palate between wine pours. We also wished that the tour company would let you know which wineries we would be visiting (at time of confirmation), so there would be no duplication of tastings during our stay. The tour is a good value and we would recommend it to all.

We travelled between 3 vineyards in Paso Robles and tasted the offerings in each. Although I can't recall the places we went, the wines were interesting at least and quite good at best. I enjoyed the company of the other guests and the staff.

Well we did have a bit of an issue. We were told by Viator that our pickup would be our hotel in Paso Robles. We were there waiting (early of course) but Grapevine Tours never showed. We called the number on our confirmation after about 10 minutes. Grapevine Tours had no record of our reservation from Viator. They showed up after 45 to 50 more minutes later (almost an hour after our pickup time). The other guests had already been dropped off at the first vineyard. That being said Grapevine Tours did EVERYTHING they could to make up for the miscommunication. One of us (me) started to not feel well and we had a rehearsal dinner to catch so Michael was very accommodating and brought us back to our hotel early. We are not exactly sure where the problem originated and I probably should have been more aware that Viator was a third party although we paid and had all our confirmation numbers. The first Vineyard was fabulous.

Good choice of wineries; beautiful drive through the Paso Robles wine region; Michael, our guide, was very informative and knowledgeable. He was also a very pleasant guy. Grapevine Wine Tours was also the only firm I could find to pick up and drop me off at my hotel in San Luis Obispo. The administration staff were really helpful when I was trying to book my tour from the UK. Great service and a super team.
