the castle of Aljezur is literally the highlight of our tour since it´s build on top of a hill which wil give us a phenomenal panorama view over Aljezur town stretching al the way til the mountain range of Monchique.. this privileged view was of curse one of the reasons for its origin, which dates back to bronze and iron ages according to archaeological excavations, hence during the Islamic occupation in Portugal Points of interest: - Aljezur castle - old church - museum (optional+€3) - visit to the market (optional)
