Annemarie Johnson was tremendous! She was so knowledgeable and experienced. She was super patient with my husband who had trouble walking: she would make time for him to sit and fill in talking points about the cemetery. We had a great spot for changing of the guards and she had us stand right by the soldier inspection. It was a great experience and I think Annemarie made it especially memorable.

Maribeth is the best! She was so knowledgeable and agile with the tour that she was able to arrange her presentations according to our ability to walk up stairs and hills. We were able to see everything we’d hoped and not be stressed walking up 100’s of stairs at a time. Her flexibility made getting to the changing of the guard and getting a good vantage point so easy. We loved her “extra” knowledge of the area and sharing circumstances regarding numerous historic graves. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent tour with Leigh at Arlington National Cemetery. She guided us through the history of the location through a series of stories that brought our experience to life. With Marine Corps and Navy veterans included in our group, Leigh customized our tour to highlight these military connections. We experienced the solemn Changing of the Guard and exchanged stories of where we were the day Kennedy was shot when we visited the Eternal Flame. Highlights included visiting both Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Medger Evers resting places. Highly recommend Leigh!

My 12 year old daughter, her friend and I met Bess, our tour guide , shortly before 10am on a rainy Saturday for a tour that was definitely a DC highlight for us. Bess was super with the girls and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to contact us before hand to ensure a smooth start and after she left us she even researched the wait time at our next stop to be sure we had time to squeeze it in before heading to the Airport . I am so glad we decided to take a walking tour rather than just driving through on the general tram tour. I feel like the kids got much more out of it than they would have otherwise. Overall, great experience!

Maureen was an awesome tour guide! She shared many facts and stories about ANC. She took us to all of the must see spots in the cemetery where so many of our heroic men and women who fought so bravely for this country are buried. We went as a family with our three boys who are seniors and just turned 18. They also enjoyed the experience. One said it was good to see such a hallowed place.
