I would not bother buying tickets to this event. It is one large room playing a video - that's it. The video is very colorful, but that's all I can say about it. Complete waste of time.

It was cool, but for $40, we spent 30 mins in there. It was not worth it. Just to sit in a single room with a projector. Now that I've been to Mercer Labs, for $5 more you get to see about 8-10 exhibits and spent a lot more time too.

This isn't anything like a virtual reality experience. The pictures on the website look impressive only because the people in the picture and the exhibition are both in 2d. In real life, this is just a projector pointed at the walls. The novelty of seeing these images wears off in minutes - then you are just left with the shame of knowing that you used the money you worked so hard to earn in your miserable job to sit on a dirty floor in a basement in Chelsea to stare at a glorified screen saver. Btw, the date night package is not for two people, it's for one. Save your money. Give your eyes a break from digital images and pixels. And remember that instagram influencers lie about everything.

If you think you're going to see the amazing images from the Hubble and Webb telescopes, blown up and animated to have a magical, profound experience, you will be terribly disappointed. This is almost completely junk. The "artists" (who are not listed, credited, nor is any information about them available) I assume were 5 teenagers with computers that took a bunch of almost completely random images - here's a console! Here are some computer fonts! - (including perhaps 2 from the telescopes), cut them up, and animated them so they fly around. The images are boring, the music is boring, the light-show is boring. If you value your time, miss this one. We wanted our money back, based on the false advertising.

Pretty neat but disappointing in a few ways. Despite the cooperation with NASA, most of the imagery is computer generated. Hubble space photos are so neat this is unnecessary and detracts from the show. Too few actual photos. Also, the video plays over the walls and floor but it would better if it were on the walls and the ceiling. Frustrating is the nickel and diming. One can purchase drinks from the bar. But, to bring the drink downstairs to the video area one must also purchase a special cup for $5. Greedy. We decided not to purchase. The experience takes about 25-30 minutes. You can stay longer if wanted. Probably will not return.

It was kind of visually interesting at first but got boring pretty quickly. Our group of 4 adults couldn't even spend an hour there. We left after 45 minutes, so it was quite expensive for what it was. It needed narration, rather than all the reading to try and understand what we were looking at. Not enough seats in the main display room. Interactive options were minimal. I woulod not recommend this.

We had a blast! we had timed tickets and didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes. the people working there were super nice. There are a few smaller interactive exhibits and a large immersive room with incredibly cool beautiful projections. the integration with the app didn't do much for us but no harm in downloading it. We took tons of gorgeous pictures with the projections in the back. it's not too expensive, although the service fees when buying online are pretty bad. the fees were $10 for 3 tix which left a bad taste in our mouths but we got over it and really enjoyed the experience.

Tickets are like $30 aprox and the experience is sitting on a room with light projectors that will show 12 slides of lights. A show that is not even worth $5. Is lame and a total waste of time and money. Is not like the van gogh show that at least you can walk around and look at the different scenarios. Wouldn’t recommend the show, even if you have money to spare.

Trillussinino

I have to reject this attraction. Expensive and banal, it is limited to a few plays of light on the large wall. But, above all, the staff is latent. Screaming children run around and the staff does nothing, people yell disturbingly and the staff does nothing, there is a large puddle on the floor and the staff does nothing even after reporting it. Meanwhile the lights flicker, the interactive panels don't interact and there's nothing left but to leave.

Fernanda G

Very high value to get into a big room with overhead projectors. It's just that. The advertisement shows interactive rooms that don't exist. Disappointed and frustrated.
