The castle and walk to it was beautiful. The view from the bridge incomparable. The tour was mediocre. I had many questions but guide seemed hurried.

My family, along with my grandchildren, and I visited the enchanting Neuschwanstein Castle, a place that seems as though it's leaped from the pages of a fairytale. Its fame draws crowds eager to behold its beauty. Entry tickets can be conveniently purchased by scanning a code with your mobile phone at the entrance, costing 18 €, which I found slightly steep. However, the surrounding area offers delightful hiking opportunities, which we found enjoyable and uplifting. The crisp, clean air enhances the experience, making it a worthwhile venture. For those looking to explore one of the world's most renowned castles, Neuschwanstein is an absolute must-visit.

The tour guide was boring and everything felt rushed. I feel that a lot of time was wasted in waiting around, at least a good hour. That could have been used to explore the small town. The castle is beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience on the bus ride and tour of the castle. Our guide, Michelle, was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. She provided us with a lot of very interesting facts about King Ludwig II and the royal family.

And she is a very good story teller!!! She turned the boring history into a very interesting story!!!! I would love history if she was the teacher back to school!!! My husband and I really enjoyed our tour. It was well run and efficient and we both learned a lot without getting the feeling that we were sitting in a classroom. The overall vibe was laid back and entertaining and Stevo was very funny. Highly recommended

Mat, Lana and Maxi were excellent tour guides. They were friendly and passionate. The agency office staff were also nice and friendly. Mat was our tour guide and he was more than informative about the castle and its rich history. With help from his young assistant, Maxi, he made his story telling interesting and entertaining. They all also showed sincerity and care for all everyone in the tour. Well done Radius Tours, Mat, Lana & Maxi, I will definitely be recommending everyone I meet who is headed to Munich to look you all up for a tour.

Our tour guide "Stevo" was particularly engaging. His easy banter in his native language of English was very enjoyable. We learned quite a lot about the history of the castle, as well history of the region.. He had many amusing anecdotes and kept everyone laughing. It was one of the better tours we have done, and we have been on many,
