    We did a 4 hour private charter and was nightlight of our trip . We saw flying fish , a family of 30 pilot whales hunting and feeding on giant squid , a hammer head shark swam along side us for around a minute, caught a 5kg tuna fishing off the back of the boat and swam into the private beach at Masca from the boat . Great fun and captain is a blast ! Don’t bother with other boat trips unless you want something a bit more sedate , this is more an adventure than a whale watching trip ✔️🤣

    Pro's: Great fishing equipment. Comfortable boat for fishing delicious cold good bear Con's: Tour was postponed 3 days Instead of the agreement price of 50 euro for one additional they claimed 80 euro at port! No snacks Not so much fishes did bit

    We were excited about booking this trip. My husband fishes from Weymouth and Poole and wanted some experience with potentially some large game fishing. Knowing that the fish do not always bite! We booked the trip from a port 10 mins away from where we were staying to keep the cost down on taxi fares. The evening before the trip, we received an email from Viator explaining that the trip had been moved to leave from a port 35 mins away and it was an hour earlier. I asked for more joining instructions via the Viator email and they informed us that they had passed our email to the boat captain. No response from the captain was forthcoming. We arrived at the new port before time after spending twice as much on the taxi fare ( we had to arrive to sail at 09:00). We started to walk around the boats and gangways trying to find the name of the boat- to no avail. I phoned the number of the captain listed on the email from Viator twice without a reply. A very nice captain of a boat asked if he could help us- we explained the problem of not finding the boat- he said the boat doesn’t sail from this port!! However he phoned the captain- the same one who had not responded to our emails and tel. calls. The captain directed us to a gangway to ask for Raoul- who we eventually found. He took us out (7 people in total) and asked us for more money- we refused to pay any more as we had paid the full price already to Viator. Unfortunately we didn’t catch anything however we understand that it was not a guarantee to catch, but we did enjoy the time on the water.

    What a fantastic adventure. We settled out to try and grab some tuna and barracuda and caught one! Then we did some deep sea fishing and caught a few! It was so beautiful and relaxing and our boat captain was so nice. Would recommend to everyone!

    Sea Passion Charter

    We are the only ones located in the "Puerto de Playa San Juan", one of the last traditional fishing harbours of Tenerife, ensuring an embarkation without crowds. We have small groups with a maximum of 11 people so the treatment is close and familiar. The captain's experience in this sector and his extensive knowledge of the Canarian coast are our guarantee. We do different types of fishing. Bottom fishing: this is carried out at different fishing spots along the coast, with the boat standing upright and light tackle. This type of fishing includes jigging, in which the bait used is artificial. Deep sea fishing: takes place with the boat moving at about 8 knots with many lines at different depths. Deep-sea fishing: this takes place at a depth of between 200 and 600 metres, with an electric reel and all the equipment and drinks included on board.

    Duration 240 minutes

    The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
