Very interesting and informative. Crew members were excellent. Also we were very lucky with the weather thankfully.

What a waste of money and an embarrassment for Scottish tourism. £48 for 2 for the 'pleasure' of: uncomfortable seating, and a serve yourself 'cream tea' which consisted of a dry scone served in a polystyrene box, a paper cup of tea with the bag left in, hardly enough cream for one side of the scone and a tiny packet of jam. The incessant awful droning bagpipe music drowned out the sound of the tour guide's commentary which made it pointless. To add insult to injury, my complaint was fobbed off with a cheeky response by the tour operator. What a disappointment for visitors to Scotland if this is the best we have to offer. I won't be back but thanks for the sarcastic response!

We arrived at the car park in plenty of time for our cruise, we went into the office collected our tickets and booked our car in for the free parking. We were given instructions to meet at the pontoon at 11.55. The boat cruise was 90 minutes long, you can walk around and swap between sitting on deck or inside. There was commentary on the area and points of interest. Great views of the bridges and Blackness Castle. We had a lovely cream tea & cup of coffee. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Really enjoyable trip yesterday, I'm from Dunfermline so it was interesting when the boat went past Rosyth naval base and then past Limekilns somewhere I frequently visit. As always going under the three bridges is always exciting especially the rail bridge. Would recommend this trip

We were given a gift voucher for the Blackness Castle, 3 Bridges and Cream tea trip. Whilst the trip was a relaxing and fairly enjoyable experience we did not get to Blackness Castle as billed on the ticket although we did get fairly close to Inchcolm Island. I am quite glad it was a gift voucher and that it did not cost us any money. The hot drink and dry scone with jam and clotted cream was underwhelming. The boat did not return to the same berth where it began and we were dropped off some way from the car park down a steep gang plank which would test those with low mobility, along a floating pier which ends with a low hanging beam where you have to be careful not to bang your head. Had it not been for the missing Blackness Castle part of the trip I might have recommended it.

The bridges are beautiful and thrilling to sail underneath. The cream tea was a delicious bonus. The commentary was good but some inaccuracy and tgtthe captain was lovely but his comments were very hard to hear.

Excellent the knowledge of the crew is brilliant. And to have tea and scone even better the boat ride was good and saw seals

I went in this trip today and thoroughly enjoyed it learning new and interesting things , the captain and crew kyle think his name was were very nice answered questions we had, i would recommend this and the tour with the cream tea well all i can say it is the loveliest scone I have ever eaten , only thing I would say is upstairs stand on the left side under the speaker to hear the interesting facts would most definitely do the trip again and can’t wait to do the next one which has the stop at the island

Great boat trip and excellent service from the crew on our trip today. Special mention to Kyle who went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mum who has mobility difficulties was safe and looked after. He also provided a personal commentary for us and a few other passengers at the front of the boat. I'd fully recommend this boat trip and this lovely boat.

Wonderful, informative experience...best weather imaginable. Take something warm and wind proof in case though!
