a big thank you for the tour. We had the most incredible and authentic experience. It was such a chance to have Shirley with us. She is an amazing woman. And finally, a big thank you to Matt for his kindness and for sharing with us his knowledge and experience. It is great to see that tourism can be authentic and respectful of the tradition.

Our group was pretty demanding requesting a tour to both Uluru and Kata Tjuta on Christmas Eve. Cameron was arranging the details of the private tour prior to our departure and was very prompt in responding and quick in accommodating our requests. He is a friendly person and a very confident owner of the company. On the day of Christmas Eve, our group received one of the most unforgettable gifts in our lives. The guide/driver Matt was very laid back and had great sense of humor. He was thoroughly knowledgeable responding to all our questions, at the same time was very respectful and sensitive to the aboriginal culture and the stories of Anangu. Our group was a circle of friends from ages 2 to late 50's who are interested in spiritual journey, meditating together quite often. Matt understood us right away and shared all the spiritual aspects of Kata Tjuta and Uluru. We sensed he came from the future - if we believe that time is linear - to guide us in our spiritual experience on that day. His individual connection with each members in our group was very personalized and highly sensitive and this all happened in just 6 hours! We wish we could have stayed longer in Australia because Cameron has professional tour guides all over. Our brief stay in Sydney was just to transfer to the international flight out. That said, we look forward to other tours in the near future when we go back.

Fantastic knowledgeable guide. Great day. Lovely way to see Uluṟu and hear the stories. We got to see so many areas of the rock and found it an amazing place with a great guide taking us through.

Uluru is like a magnet throbbing with deep earth vibrations that seem to call you you meet her. Acknowlede it, listen, follow and go there. Take whom you would take, the fellowship is there. I am glad I chose to find a tour guide and a small private company called Australian Private Tours (APT). The whole process was friendly and made easy by a phone call promptly following my enquiry. All we had to do is talk about our general plans, and the rest was all organised by Cameron at APT. After we arrived by Qantas from the nearby airport, we had an afternoon to relax at the hotel and just breathe the sweetness of middle earth's fresh air. Already we knew the pressure was off, people there were friendly and interesting and then we met Leroy. A champion of enthusiasm for the Outback people, the stories, the actual history and way of life on edges of natural constructions that defy imagination. They are to me the most glamourous gardens I've seen anywhere in the world, manicured only by time and hidden by space. I took my mother, who is Australian born and never been there. She said she enjoyed it immensely. If a 79 year old can pick up and go for two nights, you have to do it too. I cannot explain what a close up look to the Ouback and her people is like by words alone, its a feel you have when you are there and I am only interested in more time to find a range of interesting things to see and do that extend beyond the first few waypoints of discovery in only two nights. I need not mention the Outback buffet and field of lights included in the tour. I would say it would not have been the same without our hosts Cameron and Leroy from APT.
