Rebecca our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Bordeaux and its wines. Highly recommend when you first arrive in Bordeaux to get a feel for this beautiful city.

Rebecca's tour of the city and the wines of Bordeaux were spot on! She was very educated on the wines and the region. She knew all the answers to our questions and was a delight to converse with for the 3 hours together. Very professional and fun!

Pauline took me and my girlfriend on a thoroughly enjoyable tour of the city and 4 wine bars. A really good mix of wines, 2 red and 2 whites from some lovely hidden gems of the city, as well as ones with nice riverside views. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a taste of Bordeaux without feeling too ‘touristy’ or formal. Really friendly and informative

Very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Great wines with deep explanations about wine testing. In addition, we learned about Bordeaux history and main attractions. Highly recommended!!!

had a great time walking around the different areas of bordeaux to do some wine tasting.Stopped at 2 unique places i would not have found on my own. Enjoyed tasting the different wines although even with instruction my nose failed me terribly. Our guide was fun and it was just 5 of us so we got to know one another

Poor value for money and definitely wouldn’t recommend. We chose this tour based on reviews and started to wonder if people had been reviewing a different tour! The tour was 16 people and tediously slow. The sites visited in Bordeaux were interesting but not much information given about each. Our guide, Amelie, was lovely but had to explain everything twice as our group was a mix of French and English - not what we expected since we had been asked to select a language on purchase. However had she been energetic or enthusiastic this wouldn’t have been a problem but the tour was very quiet, slow and lacked any sense of fun or holiday excitement! The tour could have been completed in 2 hours but we ambled along slowly and no location seemed in the slightest bit ready for us; we gathered our own chairs and had to ask for water. Our biggest gripe was the serving size as we received less than a full glass during the whole trip, 4 locations. I’m not sure if this was down to the size of the group but we had one bottle at each tasting, which doesn’t go far amongst 16. We had paid £62 each for the tour so are extremely disappointed and are keen to ensure others don’t waste their money.

This was a fantastic little tour of Bordeaux with the added bonus of wine tastings. We did this tour on our first full day of Bordeaux and the guide was helpful in orienting you with the city and providing historical background and significance of various monuments, buildings, and areas. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city and the wine. She made the wine tastings fun. We never felt rushed in any of the locations we visited. And really, the description doesn't do this tour justice. We received a full glass of wine at each location. Not the typical couple ounces for a tasting. So this was fun and interactive and totally worth it.

We have very much enjoyed our experience. Great choice of Wines and Bars in a great company! Certainly recommend to everyone interested in atypical guide tours.

A great afternoon walk. Possibly by dumb luck my wife and I were the only two on the tour. We were met right on time and after a brief intro started our walk. There are 4 wine stops on the tour and in between we got a pretty good dose of the history of the city and the buildings. The wine stops were all well done with a variety of Bordeaux wines sampled. We were given lessons on how to taste and appreciate wine, on identifying smells and appreciating the information on the labels. The tour guide was quite knowledgeable and her English was good. Maybe a little basic for experienced oenophiles but we found it just right. We did this on our first day in Bordeaux and found it to be a great intro to the city and the wine of the Bordeaux region. Very highly recommended.

Pauline has a very impressive background in the wine business. The tour was very educational and a lot of fun. At each stop she had interactive games to help teach us about wine. This tour was our favorite part of our trip to Bordeaux! Be prepared to do a lot of walking.
