Your Itinerary

Barcelona eBikes

Here is where we will meet up. After a shot briefing, your guide will show you the bikes and you tour will start.

Barcelona Cathedral

Right in the hart of the old town, in front of the Cathedral of Barcelona, in a very big square, your guide will explain how the bikes work. You will have some time to test the bikes and to get used to the motor.

Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic)

(Pass by)

This is the part of the city where our shop is. Right in the hart of the Old Town, where Barcelona was born. During Roman times: Barcino.

Mercat Santa Caterina

(Pass by)

Santa Caterina Market has nothing to envy to the other markets in Barcelona. Its colorful roof and organic structure, makes this place unique.

El Born Centre de Cultura i Memoria

This was, not that long ago, the most important food market in the city of Barcelona. In fact, it was the first one to have a roof. But now a days, something completely different it's sheltered in between its walls. We found an old part of our history underneath this beautiful market.

Arc de Triomf

(Pass by)

Whiles riding in one of our most beautiful parks in the city, we will be able to have a glimpse of the majestic Arc de Triomf.

Parc de la Ciutadella

This is the place where the Universal Exposition of 1888 took place. Later, the park where Picasso and his family used to enjoy.

Port Olimpic

This part of the sea front was completely transformed for the summer Olympic Games of 1992. Here we will have the chance to discover what those games meant for the city of Barcelona.

La Barceloneta

(Pass by)

We will ride the bikes through this very local neighborhood, traditionally where the fishermen and women of Barcelona lived.

Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar

Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar, or as the people of Barcelona know it: La Catedral del Mar (the Sea Cathedral). This emblematic Gothic Basilica in the Born Area, was build by the people of this same neighborhood to protect us from the sea.

El Born

(Pass by)

We will take you in a maze of little streets, where during medieval times all the craftsmen and women used to have their workshops. Now a days, this essence is still very present along these streets. You will be able to find here hand-made clothes, jewelry, etc.

Our 3rd Electric Bike Tour in Barcelona but 1st with this company. Had a great time yesterday with Julio. Particularly liked his sand drawing explaining the location of various places in Barcelona! We visited several sites and learnt some of his personal favourite places to visit which we had never been to before. Thanks Julio for the great memories. X

This ebikes was our second tour. Rome was our first and by far the best. This tour was not worth the money. Go rent a bike and ride around the city yourself. Our guides English was ok. Maybe it was a lisp or something but she was hard to understand. Other guides during our visit were much more enjoyable. And the children on our tour were frustrating to ride together. I had to keep watching for them to stop or cut in front of me. So much I couldn’t enjoy my ride or even look around much while riding. Very frustrating.

Was expecting a bit more of an art based tour considering the description instead we learnt about past history of the Olympic Games and the up coming America’s cup etc. nice ride along the foreshore with explanations about how it came to be. Was pretty short was unable to get true bearings of the the city which was purpose for taking the tour along with immersing in Barcelona’s extensive art history .

I enjoyed this trip very much … the guide was very informative and I like the bike ride as well … it was the first time riding an e-bike … and it took a little getting used to versus the manual bike … but its not difficult … met some great people on the trip too … the information on Picasso and the visit to where he grew up and how it influenced his art was enlightening great job … thank you !

We booked this tour hoping to hear about Picasso but he wasn’t mentioned once. You are left to adjust the bikes to your height yourself which wasn’t easy unless you’re very strong. Then I had a puncture on the way back but the guide had no equipment to fix it so we just had to struggle back. No apology, no acknowledgement, just Bye! It was pleasant enough despite not being what I’d hoped for but probably aimed at teens and those in their 20’s

This was the highlight of our trip! Julia is the most fun, passionate, informative guide you will have. The ebikes worked great for my husband and me and we had some special needs. I am less than 5 feet tall and husband has had multiple knee surgeries. I messaged ahead and requested a kid-sized bike. They had special bikes for both of us. Given some time to test drive, it worked out great.

Very enjoyable with great local knowledge would recommend to anyone looking for a local bike tour with the family.

The meeting location for this activity was challenging to find. We finally were able to locate it using Google maps (it's "hidden" in the Born neighborhood) BUT when you find it and go on the activity, it's VERY worth it! A fun and unique way to see the city. First experience on an eBike (but won't be the last). Was sometime a bit of a obstacle course (avoiding people and vehicles that appear out of nowhere) but lots of fun!
