An excellent introduction to the Barossa and Hahndorf. The wine tastings and lunch were excellent. Adequate time at the scheduled stops. And a wonderful tour guide, Maddy, who made the day really enjoyable.

Enjoyed the trip from pickup to drop off. Great guide, very informative and made us all feel very welcome

This is aimed for people who want (or know nothing better than) the basic tourist tour with nothing special. I think businesses must pay the tour to stop at their businesses- nothing special about those shops. Apparently there are many beautiful wineries in the Barossa, but sadly this tour doesn’t take you to any of them. One of them had a pretty building, the other one was a very basic tourist cafe. What a disappointment. I did learn about Adelaide by the driver. But I’d suggest striving for something better. It was our fault, we booked what was available the next day instead of planning ahead.

I found this tour very mediocre. A stop at Maggie Beers gift shop, a stop at a chocolate gift shop, really just an opportunity for the gift shops. The first wine tasting location was pretty. The next stop at Kies Estate was disappointing. A basic lunch spot (basic food and a very average location) I was hoping for a beautiful estate. Hartford was ok (very touristy which is to be expected). I don’t recommend this tour. Try something a little more sophisticated for a great experience. I did learn about the history of Adelaide which was interesting.

Maggie Beers farm & the two wineries were the highlights for us. We also enjoyed Harndorf though it was a very cold afternoon. However, we found ourselves crammed up in the back of a small bus with shock absorbers that needed replacing. This added to our difficulty in hearing & also understanding our guide. Essentially the bus was too small for 13 people.

Excellent tour, Geoffrey was lovely and took us to the main areas of interest. He was engaged with the whole group and made our day. We love the places we went, the lunch and the flexibility in time. Great tour and we will definitely do another tour with them in the future
