After they were paid we didn't hear from our planner and she was on vacation during our wedding. The room they have the bride in smelled bad, had leftover used water bottles and tissue. The person who assisted us that day was unkept and had bad body odor. The photographer was nice but showed up in a hoodie which would be seen in our video. The live streaming didn't work for anyone except one person got it to work for a portion of the ceremony. We spoke about the dress code beforehand. The microphone on the grooms lapel didn't work. They charge you a large fee to bring your own photographer, so we used the one assigned to us. They charge you money to write your vows, charge you $75 if you want the bride and groom to be separate before the wedding, etc. The bouquet included is very small, bring your own. They charge a fee for that too. I had a bouquet of faux flowers. Poor communication, lack of accountability, dirty, poor hygiene, lack of professional clothing, poor quality sound audio/visual equipment.......the officiant was awesome and had polished appearance. I would recommend looking at other venues. When dealing with peoples wedding day, a little effort goes a long way. If you complain, expect excuses or for them not to really show empathy and take responsibility.

Great experience, made us feel like we were very important. Our planner didn't really explain in detail as far as upgrading and difference in pricing so felt a little misled.

We were looking for a place to discretely and intimately tie the knot in our 16 year long relationship. We have both been married before (and divorced), both having our former weddings being huge to-dos with all the bells and whistles. This time, we really wanted to do something for ourselves, because we felt our previous weddings were nothing but a money pit and had little to do about US. In our mind we really just wanted to elope and "get it over with", but we agreed at the same time we wanted something special, but just for US, not anyone else. Our wedding planner, Colleen, did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop and making sure we were well informed of what we needed to do on our end. She arranged a couple of special, intimate dinners for us that we very much enjoyed and took the time to understand what we were looking for in our wedding. She also took the time to understand our story as a couple. She was very understanding of our desire to keep everything private and intimate. She gave us all the information we needed to make the whole process nearly effortless on our part. The only thing we had to do was fill out the license application online, then go there together and pick up the license (which was also a breeze), then show up at the appointed time at the chapel. The day of the wedding was super easy and comfortable. Our officiant, Rev. Greer, met with us briefly and asked some questions to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He explained the process and what he wanted us to do, when. He was fabulous to talk to and seemed genuine and happy to be officiating over our wedding. Then we were whisked away to the Victorian Room where we were married. Rev. Greer gave a short talk about the commitment we were making to each other and the importance of the promises we were making. We recited our vows, lit a unity candle (that we were given as a keepsake), and we were pronounced husband and wife. Kiss, out the door, and all done in about 10 minutes total. We were delighted every step of the way with the chapel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to get married in Vegas.
